How your vehicle moves
- Pickup at seller/auction → carrier to the nearest ocean terminal.
- Terminal check‑in → condition photos for documentation.
- Container loading & sea freight → sail to the EU.
- EU arrival → customs, then either home delivery or customer pickup.
Terminal photos are for condition documentation only. We don’t offer custom inspections or extra photos on request.
Origins we serve today
- USA — Copart/IAAI branches across the U.S.
- Japan — major auction hubs (Kanto, Kansai, Kyushu, Hokkaido).
- China — factory/dealer logistics for new cars and consolidation hubs for used.
EU ports we use
- Rotterdam (NL) — primary entry port (majority of shipments).
- Bremerhaven (DE), Gdynia (PL), Klaipėda (LT) — available based on sailing and capacity.
Home delivery countries (from Rotterdam)
Poland, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia.
For other EU destinations, pickup is available at the ports listed above (Poznań pickup available at extra charge).
Transit time ranges (indicative, not guaranteed)
- USA East Coast → NL: roughly 2–4 weeks on water after container loading.
- USA West Coast → NL: roughly 5–8+ weeks on water after loading.
- Japan → NL: roughly 4–6 weeks on water after loading.
- China → NL: roughly 4–6 weeks on water after loading.
Overall door‑to‑door timing depends on yard release, terminal queue, sailing schedule and customs workload.
Routing caveat
When specific ports are congested, we may route via an alternate origin terminal to keep containers moving. Any extra inland transport to an alternate port is billed at cost; sea freight may adjust accordingly.
