Are you only a U.S. importer?

No. UCPARS is global. We specialize in USA, Japan auctions, and new/used Chinese cars today, with more countries coming soon.

Can you help me choose a vehicle?

We don’t offer selection/consulting. You choose the vehicle and set your max bid (or reserve Inventory). We provide transparent brokerage and logistics.

How do I estimate the “all‑in” price?

Use the lot calculator to include auction fees, origin inland transport and sea freight. (Repairs or compliance modifications aren’t included.)

What are typical transit times?

Indicative on‑water ranges after loading: USA East 2–4 wks, USA West 5–8+ wks, Japan 4–6 wks, China 4–6 wks. Actual timing depends on release, terminal and sailing schedules.

Do you offer extra terminal photos or inspections?

No. Terminal photos document condition only. We don’t provide custom inspections/photos at terminals.

Who can be listed as the importer?

A different person or company than the account holder is allowed (customs form + authorization). See Customs & VAT.

Are vehicles insured during transport?

Do you import spare parts?
