What We Do
We act as an intermediary for vehicle auctions and purchases in the USA (Copart/IAAI), Japan, and China (new/used).
We arrange vehicle pickup, transport to the terminal, and ocean freight to the EU.
We handle customs clearance at the entry port (mainly Rotterdam, NL) and coordinate final delivery.
We provide status updates: pickup, terminal check-in, container number, ETD/ETA, customs clearance.
We send document scans, followed by originals delivered via courier.
What We Don’t Do
We don’t select vehicles, prepare repair estimates, or guarantee post-repair value.
We don’t provide custom inspections or additional photos at terminals (only standard condition photos are available).
We don’t organize transport for vehicles purchased outside of UPCARS.
We don’t import spare parts shipments.
