Snapshot
- Deposits are refundable and act as security if a buyer fails to pay for a won lot.
- Your bidding power scales with your deposit. Rule of thumb: max bid ≈ deposit × 10.
- Deposits are held, not spent; they do not pay other invoices.
- Your plan includes free history checks for auction lots.
Example plan tiers
- Basic — deposit 4,000 PLN / 1,000 USD / 900 EUR → bid up to $10,000, up to 5 simultaneous lots.
- Professional — deposit 10,000 PLN / 2,500 USD / 2,250 EUR → bid up to $50,000, up to 10 simultaneous lots.
- Enterprise — deposit 20,000 PLN / 5,000 USD / 4,500 EUR → bid up to $200,000, up to 20 simultaneous lots.
Actual tiers in your account may vary by currency/region.
Market notes
- USA & Japan auctions: some platforms may require pre‑authorization or specific bidding windows; your manager will confirm the mechanics.
- China (new): reservation deposits may apply for ordering/allocations; timelines depend on model and stock position.
Placing / refunding a deposit
- Go to Purchasing Power in your account, select a plan, and wire the deposit. Deposits post during working hours.
- To refund, use Deposit Refund; typical processing time up to 72 hours.
Important
- If you win a lot but don’t pay, the deposit may be partially or fully forfeited to cover auction penalties.
- Keep your wire reference exact (user ID, VIN/invoice) to avoid posting delays.
